The construction of a research culture at UMSA allowed for the institutionalization of multi- and transdisciplinarity in research processes, evidenced by the articulation of research teams according to this interaction within the Program and the Subprograms..

In this way, we encourage the management of doctoral research projects and the leveraging of new strategic partners to identify synergies aimed at improving the quality of life of Bolivians. In the perspective of addressing the major challenges facing Bolivia, the UMSA/Asdi program works in six areas of knowledge with the participation of different faculties for the development of the subprogram and doctoral research projects.
