Regulation
Research is a fundamental activity of higher education institutions that enables the generation of scientific and technological knowledge, which in turn enriches undergraduate and graduate training. Its social relevance, through social interaction and the transfer of research results, translates into innovative solutions that meet the demands of basic and applied research for sustainable development in the country. The present and future require higher education institutions to be more competitive and capable of developing solutions to critical and emerging problems, within the framework of integrality and sustainability. In this context, UMSA organized spaces for reflection and updating of institutional regulations in the areas of research, graduate studies, social interaction, and innovation, with the support of the UMSA/Asdi Program, the results of which subsequently become institutional policies.
